This is a cooling, drawing preparation to remove heat, inflammation, swelling, soreness quickly on shins, ankles, knees and bowed tendons. Also excellent for use in hoof packing. The poultice was started in 1989 by Faye Durham Douglas. She created it originally for use on her family’s race horses. It's is combination of natural and non narcotic products. It can be used with or without wraps. It has also been used for soreness on other areas of horses such as stifles, hocks, hips, back, and shoulders.
